What is required of my photo in order to make a portrait?
It is best to use the digital photo file from your digital camera, which is clearer than a scanned photo. For better composition, your photo must have a plain background, such as white, blue or green.

What kind of digital photo files should I upload?
You may upload high resolution JPG or TIF files. You should provide a photo file with a minimum resolution of 3000x2400 pixels for best results.

How long does it take to receive my digital portrait file?
It will take 3 to 5 working days. You will receive email notification when the  digital portrait is ready for download.

Do you offer any guarantee?
We will ask you to review your digital portrait when it is ready. A link will be provided for you to download the high resolution digital portrait. If you are not satisfied, please do not download the high resolution digital portrait. You may request a revision. After the revision, if you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund. However, we will not be able to give you a refund once you have downloaded the high resolution digital portrait.

Will you use my photo for any other purposes?
We will not sell your photo to any third party. We may ask for your permission to use the portrait in our website gallery of before & after samples, or other marketing material to promote our photo services. You will always be contacted for permission.

May I sell the finished digital portrait?
We do not claim ownership of the image you upload to WonderPortrait.com. However, the finished final product in which the original image is merged with our copyrighted background is the property of WonderPortrait.com. Therefore, the digital portraits can be sold as prints, photo products or digital files only to the photographer’s customer. They can be used in print or online advertising for the photographer to promote services related to WonderPortrait.com. However, the digital portrait can not be sold to publisher, stock photo agency, or “print on demand” for retail customers.

What is the finished file size I will receive?
It depends on your digital photo file. If you submit according to the minimum requirement, you will receive a high resolution JPG file of 3000x2400 pixels. Your digital portrait will be able to print as a 8x10 at 300 dpi.
